HOW IT WORKS

The entire process takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on your package and availability.

WEEKS 1-2: DISCOVERY AND STRATEGY

Step 1: Discovery Call (45 minutes) We get to know each other. I listen to your story, your work, and what you want people to feel when they encounter you. Together we decide which package fits best and what content to focus on. This is a real conversation, not a sales pitch.

Step 2: Questionnaire (You answer in your own words) After our call, I send you thoughtful questions designed to help you articulate your story. You answer them naturally, in your own voice. No need to polish anything. Your honest answers become the foundation for your scripts.

Step 3: Strategy and Scripting (I do the heavy lifting) I analyze your answers, identify your core messages, and create custom scripts for each video. I structure everything so it feels natural when you deliver it. You don't memorize; you internalize. I send the scripts back to you before our next call.

WEEK 3: PREPARATION AND CONFIDENCE

Step 4: Coaching Call (45 to 60 minutes) We go through the scripts together. We adjust words so they feel true to you. We talk about tone, pacing, and presence on camera. We discuss what to wear and which colors work best with your skin tone and the background you'll be filmed against. By the end of this call, you know exactly what to expect.

Step 5: Preparation (A few days before filming) I guide you on what to wear and how to prepare. You have time to practice the material if you want to, and build confidence. This isn't pressure. It's support. You're being yourself on camera.

WEEK 4: FILMING

Step 6: Filming Day (A few hours at the studio) You arrive ready. We spend a few hours capturing your videos in a calm, professional studio environment. There's coffee. Just you, the camera, and me coaching you through it. Multiple takes are normal. The result is always better than you expected.

WEEKS 5-6: EDITING AND DELIVERY

Step 7: Editing and Final Delivery (Around 1 week) I edit all your videos to professional quality. I create optimized versions for LinkedIn and Instagram. You receive videos in landscape format (16:9) for website and LinkedIn, and vertical format (9:16) for reels and social media stories. All videos include subtitles and are ready to use across all platforms.

I send you the videos for up to two rounds of feedback. We refine until you're confident sharing your videos with the world. Once you approve, you receive all final files ready to download and share.

Timeline depends on your package and availability:

WHAT TO EXPECT

What the filming day actually feels like

You arrive at the studio in Amsterdam. It's a quiet, professional space. There's coffee. We sit down for a few minutes before anything starts — no rushing into it.

The setup is simple. Soft lighting, a background we chose together, the camera positioned so it feels natural. No big crew, no complicated equipment making you self-conscious.

Here's what happens: We press record. You deliver the words we've practiced together. It usually takes a few tries to find the right rhythm, and that's completely normal. Between takes, I coach you on pacing, energy, presence. By the third or fourth take, something shifts. You relax. You sound like yourself.

What comes out is almost always better than you expected. Not because you're suddenly a great actor — but because you're not performing. You're just being you, clearly and calmly.

PRICING

I'm launching this service with founding member rates through September 14. From September 14, pricing increases to reflect proven results with founding clients. All prices include VAT at 21%.

Payment is structured in two equal parts, so you only commit fully once we've done the work together.

• 50% upon booking — Secures your filming date and starts the preparation process.

• 50% before final delivery — Due once your videos are edited and you've approved them.

We include two rounds of feedback and revisions, so you get exactly what you need.

All files are yours to keep and use. Once payment is complete, you own the videos and can use them across all platforms indefinitely.
